Tight performance – and on time. Loved everything about the concert performance!
Parking – easy.
The organization of the venue left something to be desired. I followed the directions on the email I received to get the GA Pit wristbands. We were shuffled from place to place (not close and had to fight the crowds) and no one seemed to know where we should go. Finally, we were directed to an entrance where there was a small table set up to get the wristbands. No signage, no clues at all that was the place. The guy handling it was great – but no one else seemed to know where he was located.
Merchandise – huge crowds – unorganized – but once we got to the counter, the guy helping us had a great sense of humor, didn't pressure us or rush us through. He was an excellent person to have behind the table. I wish I had gotten his name – he was personable and turned our night around.
